It is also difficult for expert to optimize cutting condition and of cutting process when with the high speed and high accurate Machining center is used. So the development of monitoring system that can detect cutting force and cutting phenomenon in process with the internal or external sensor becomes. If the system can be developed, cutting condition can be optimized and cutting process cutting process can be observed by new system.
This research examined the accuracy of monitoring of cutting force and cutting phenomenon with the internal sensor and proposed some method with external sensor.
